Description - Startup service for pump systems
- Coordinating startup with customer
- Test run and verify operation of system
- Training customers on how to properly run the system
- Create trip reports in Word
- Troubleshooting systems (pumps, motors, heat transfer, vessels, etc)
- Over phone or at job site
- System maintenance/inspection
- Service calls – repairs
- Create trip reports in Word
- Part orders processing
- Research P/N on computer and paper files, Provide quotation (Word / Excel)
- Process order (computer order entry and files)
- Ship/receive – forklift driving experience a plus
- Manage/track orders – phone calls to vendors/customers
- Assist Engineering staff as needed
- Maintain rental systems, some fabrication
- Review of system designs with engineers for your input
- Mechanical drawings
- Electrical drawings
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalency
- High mechanical aptitude: Mechanical, electrical, pipe fitting, or HVAC background desired or Vocational/technical school
- High professionalism, Proactive and assertive
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, both verbally and written
- Computer competent with Word, Excel, Email
- Ability to read AutoCAD and Electrical drawings
- PLC and relay logic a plus
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle- clean driving record
- Ability to travel 15-20% of the time (including International)
